Vince Offer Declares War on ‘Woke Busters’ After Kirk Assassination Sparks His Campaign

Texas congressional candidate Vince Offer is positioning himself for a political fight against what he calls “woke busters,” following the assassination of conservative leader Charlie Kirk earlier this year. Speaking on Newsmax’s platform—though we’ll focus solely on his narrative—Offer declared he’s running to “bring reality back” and combat what he sees as an educational crisis in America.

” A lot of these kids are getting woken up by people who don’t know anything,” Offer said, framing the issue around Kirk’s death. The timing struck him as eerie, especially after his team released a video titled ‘Woke Buster’ just days later. “I send an email to my graphics person on Sept. 9 asking for a thumbnail, and Charlie Kirk gets assassinated,” he recalled. “Then we put out this video called ‘Woke Buster,’ which I jokingly named because it sounded like ‘woke buster.’ But now it feels darkly prophetic.”

Offer believes the pushback from major platforms against his content directly fueled his entry into politics.

When queried about redistricting, Offer acknowledged that new voters arriving in Texas are reshaping demographics. “New arrivals,” he said, “are increasingly independent-minded and patriotic.” He sees this as a positive change for conservative gains nationwide.

As for President Donald Trump’s policies, the candidate praised the administration’s stance on energy without delving into specifics, aligning with his own platform of returning to fundamentals and competence in governance.
