He mentioned that he was unaware the fight was being planned, adding that he was simply flipping through the material. The White House will host the event on June 14, 2026, Trump’s 80th birthday, featuring a fight in an octagon cage, weigh-in at the Lincoln Memorial, and fireworks shows. When asked if he plans to attend, Mamdani said “No.”
