Trump’s Military Dividend Alleged to Counter Democratic Policies’ Impact on Service Members

White House deputy press secretary Anna Kelly stated that President Donald Trump’s recent announcement of a military dividend would assist service members in covering costs attributed to “failed Democrat policies.”

Kelly emphasized that many military personnel may use the payments to address rising housing expenses, which she linked directly to Democratic initiatives under former President Joe Biden.

“A significant portion of these funds will help with housing costs,” Kelly said. “Housing costs have risen due to Democrats’ economic policies and illegal immigration issues stemming from Biden’s open border approach. These increases disproportionately impact military families.”

Kelly highlighted that the dividend would provide crucial support for service members affected by inflation under the previous administration, stating: “This is a critical step in helping military families recover from the economic challenges inherited under Joe Biden.”

She further noted that Trump’s economic policies are already delivering results for veterans, adding: “These checks are processing and will reach service members quickly.”

Kelly criticized Democrats for attempting to downplay the consequences of past actions: “It’s laughable. The Democrats spent four years wrecking our economy with reckless spending, excessive regulations, the Build Back Broke Act, and the Green New Scam.”

She underscored that inflation reached 9% while real wages declined due to Democratic policies, concluding: “It’s ridiculous. They’re taking ownership of an issue they created.”
