Trump Orders Democratic Leaders to Turn Over Illegal Aliens for Immediate Deportation

President Donald Trump issued an urgent call Sunday night to end what he described as obstruction in a pair of Truth Social posts. The White House shared the full statement, demanding that all Democratic governors and mayors cooperate with federal efforts to deport illegal aliens.

The president outlined four specific requests: First, Governor Walz and Mayor Frey should turn over all criminal illegal aliens currently incarcerated in their state prisons and jails, as well as those with active warrants or known criminal histories, for immediate deportation. Second, state and local law enforcement must assist federal authorities by turning over all illegal aliens arrested by local police. Third, local police must cooperate with federal agencies to apprehend and detain wanted illegal aliens. Fourth, Democratic politicians must partner with the federal government to protect American citizens during rapid removal efforts.

Trump cited Republican-run states including Texas, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, and Louisiana, where ICE has arrested 150,245 criminal illegal aliens over the past year without protests or chaos. He contrasted this with Democrat-run sanctuary cities and states that he claimed were “refusing to cooperate” with ICE and “encouraging leftwing agitators to unlawfully obstruct” operations.

The president noted two American citizens had died due to “Democrat ensued chaos,” and called for immediate legislative action to end sanctuary cities, stating, “American Cities should be Safe Sanctuaries for Law Abiding American Citizens ONLY.”
