Antisemitism Crisis in GOP: Michael Savage Warns of “Toxic” Movement

Stella Green, November 3, 2025

Political commentator and Newsmax weekend host Michael Savage accused the Republican Party of harboring an expanding “toxic” element, labeling antisemitism a growing threat. Speaking on “Carl Higbie FRONTLINE,” Savage criticized former conservative figure Tucker Carlson for interviewing political agitator Nick Fuentes, calling the latter a “KKK Nicolas Fuentes guy.” He alleged that Fuentes disguises white supremacy under Christian rhetoric and spreads antisemitism, rejecting the notion that such views align with MAGA principles.

Savage cited his exchange with Carlson, where he challenged the interview, noting Carlson’s response: “Blood guilt is not a Christian concept.” Savage retorted, “You try being on the receiving end of it anyway,” emphasizing the urgency of confronting extremism. He warned of a resurgence of “a new Reich” within conservative circles.

At the Republican Jewish Coalition conference, Senator Ted Cruz condemned rising antisemitism on the right, linking it to online extremism and foreign propaganda. He described the hatred as a “poison” and urged Republicans to defend America’s alliance with Israel, stating, “Those who hate Jews hate Christians.” Both Savage and Cruz framed the issue as an existential threat to conservative values.
