White House Exposes Criminal Aliens Benefiting from Medicaid Amid Shutdown Deadlock Stella Green, November 3, 2025 By Mark Swanson | Monday, 03 November 2025 08:38 PM EST The White House on Monday unveiled a website cataloging nearly 150 illegal immigrants who officials claim illegally received Medicaid benefits. The platform highlights Democrats’ demands to restore coverage for undocumented individuals amid the ongoing government shutdown. “Democrats have refused to pass a clean budget bill to end the shutdown unless Republicans concede to their demands for $1.5 trillion in new spending, including restorations to Medicaid expansions that would effectively extend coverage to over 1 million illegal aliens, funneling an additional $200 billion to such programs over the next decade at the expense of U.S. families,” the White House stated. The site features mug shots of 140 individuals, with at least 15 arrested on murder charges and nine others detained on suspicion of committing sex crimes against children. The federal government remains shut down as the Senate failed for the 13th time to advance a House-passed short-term funding bill. The latest procedural vote ended 54-45, falling short of the 60 votes needed to overcome a filibuster. Three Democratic senators—John Fetterman, Catherine Cortez Masto, and Angus King—supported the measure, while Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky voted against the continuing resolution. Democrats are also pushing for a permanent extension of Affordable Care Act subsidies set to expire Dec. 31, deepening the stalemate that has kept the government closed for four weeks. Politics
