President Donald Trump announced his endorsement of Stockton Mayor Kevin Lincoln for California’s 13th Congressional District race on Thursday, praising the Republican’s military service and record as mayor. In a post, Trump declared: “It is my Great Honor to endorse Kevin Lincoln, who is running to represent the incredible people of California’s 13th Congressional District.”

The former president highlighted Lincoln’s background as a Marine Corps veteran and his leadership in Stockton, stating that he would bring “that same Fighting Spirit” to Congress. Trump outlined key policy priorities for Lincoln’s potential term, including economic growth through tax cuts and deregulation, border security measures, and promotion of American energy dominance.
